ADAPT has access to a number of builders and developers who have many years experience in the building and design process. A selection of floor plans are available for duplex units, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and small group homes. Participant needs, land and locations requirements will be considered in conjunction with plan development.
The Fully Accessible, Robust and High Physical Support designs are also aligned with the Livable Housing Design Guidelines of Australia. These designs address the current needs and requirements of the NDIS / SDA Rules.
We have a range of current designs that include the latest in assistive technology, climate control, accessible circulation space and address the various support provision ratios with Onsite Overnight Accommodation (OOA) and office areas. We also provide the flexibility to cater for individual requirements and consider participant choice and control throughout the process.

Being close to amenities, transport and service organisations are key components for successful SDA packages. Apart from finding participants the right house, our vision is to find the right location. We have access to land developers, targeted real estate agents and infill specialists who work with ADAPT to achieve this goal.
