East Coast Disability Housing has combined with a leading SDA architect to develop their first concept drawings. Their four bedroom house features open plan living, Onsite Overnight Accommodation (OOA) and individual outdoor covered areas and courtyards.  Other features include fully accessible ensuites and laundry, climate control and alfresco dining or work space.

These designs can be modified to suit land conditions and individual participants requirement as determined in the housing solution report. Contact ADAPT Housing today to discuss opportunities for SDA in your region.

East Coast Disability Housing stems from the success of East Coast Granny Flats and Small Homes. Their superior building systems allows for all designs to be ROBUST and FULLY ACCESSIBLE under the NDIA / SDA design category as well as Platinum under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines. These designs are also flexible enough to be modified to suit the  individual needs of participants looking at disability housing options.
