His clients benefit from his extensive network and expertise in construction, property development, investment trusts, equity and debt raisings, and financial syndications.

Beth finds immense reward in helping tenants and support teams find the right properties tailored to individual needs. With a background in recruitment and immigration and a degree in English and Media, Beth brings a valuable skill set to her role.
Dante embraces the dynamic nature of his role, finding reward in the daily challenges and the meaningful impact on others’ lives. With a Bachelor’s degree in finance, he brings a versatile skill set to managing property-related tasks, from funds to financial analysis.
Mikaela guides clients through the tenancy process, ensuring suitable long-term housing solutions and ongoing support. With a background in disability accommodation and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Mikaela finds fulfilment in contributing to individuals’ journeys toward secure and suitable housing.
investor Relations Officer
James is responsible for managing relationships with investors and developers while maintaining SDA compliance with the NDIS. With a strong background in finance, relationship management, and government compliance, James brings valuable experience to problem-solving and guiding investors with clear, concise solutions.
Will has a passion for finance and a background in construction projects. He has dedicated 5 years to the finance industry, finds fulfilment in contributing to a business that makes a tangible impact within the community and is eager to further develop his career in alignment with his professional goals.

Kerri excels in developing and implementing marketing strategies that showcase boutique SDA homes. Alongside her marketing expertise, Kerri offers a unique perspective with a background in physiotherapy, enhancing her ability to understand and cater to the diverse needs of clients and stakeholders.
Colleen has been established in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years. Commencing in a large franchise agency she was introduced to the Property Management and Real Estate. Colleen now serves as the Operations Manager for the Ray White Property Management Department.
