David offers over 30 years of experience in the disability sector, specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation and Special Education. Whilst building strong connections with Support Coordinators, Supported Independent Living Providers, and Advocacy Groups & leading educational seminars on the NDIS, David works alongside participants and families, facilitating their journey through the intricacies of Specialist Disability Accommodation to achieve their housing goals.
James, with over 30 years of experience in property investment and corporate finance, began his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu before founding HMW Group in 1991. His clients benefit from his extensive network and expertise in construction, property development, investment trusts, equity and debt raisings, and financial syndications.
Dante embraces the dynamic nature of his role, finding reward in the daily challenges and the meaningful impact on others’ lives. With a Bachelor’s degree in finance, he brings a versatile skill set to managing property-related tasks, from funds to financial analysis.
James is responsible for managing relationships with investors and developers while maintaining SDA compliance with the NDIS. With a strong background in finance, relationship management, and government compliance, James brings valuable experience to problem-solving and guiding investors with clear, concise solutions.
Raziya manages leases, coordinates support, and guides tenant responsibilities. With a degree in International Business and Property Economics, she brings a thoughtful and informed approach to the role. Her passion for helping others drives her commitment to finding the right accommodation, making her a valued member of the Adapt Housing team.
Mikaela guides clients through the tenancy process, ensuring suitable long-term housing solutions and ongoing support. With a background in disability accommodation and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Mikaela finds fulfilment in contributing to individuals’ journeys toward secure and suitable housing.
Imogen is a collaborative and detail‑oriented individual who enjoys contributing to projects that support both team outcomes and meaningful community engagement. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Business Management and Science at The University of Queensland, where she continues to strengthen her skills in strategic thinking, communication, and organisation.
